Nonconstructive Patterns

Nonconstructive patterns are the ones that hinder us rather than help us. How do you know if your patterns are nonconstructive? Ask yourself:

  • Do you feel circumstances are controlling you rather than the other way around?”
  • Do you feel your handling of a situation brought the best possible results?
  • Do you find yourself repeating an action or a reaction over and over again although you recognized the first time that it did not bring the results you ultimately wanted?

If you answered positively to any of the questions above, you may be experiencing nonconstructive patterns. Counseling in this area can help you learn to identify and assess patterns and overturn personal triggers in order to break away from using them, leading you to much happier, constructive lifestyle.
