Email, IM and Skype Counseling Assessment for Returning or Existing Clients

Contact me and outline the problem you would like to discuss and we I will let you know if Internet-Based Counseling is an appropriate way to go. If it is not an acceptable therapeutic approach to the problem, I will suggest other approaches. There will not be a charge for this screening service.

If Internet-Based counseling is an appropriate match for the issue you want help with, we will set up an initial treatment planning phone assessment. The rate for the initial phone assessment will be ¥24,000 for a 75 minute session and charges for the call will be your responsibility. All fees for Internet based counseling must be received before the time of the scheduled session.

Existing clients will not have to undergo an initial treatment planning phone assessment.

Contact me and outline the problem/s that you would like to address in counseling. During this preliminary screening process you will have the opportunity to present a brief overview of the problem/s and I will let you know if Internet-Based Counseling is an appropriate way to go. If it is not an acceptable therapeutic approach to the problem, I will suggest other approaches. There will not be a charge for this screening service.

If we both agree to proceed, you will be scheduled for a more in-depth initial Telephone or Skype assessment to develop an initial plan for addressing the presenting problem/s. During that assessment we will also do a review of your history. This phone appointment will take approximately 75 minutes. Charges for the call will be your responsibility.

The fee for the initial phone session is ¥24,000 per session (75 minutes) and is to be paid in advance and must be received before Internet-Based Counseling begins.

You will be free to terminate or suspend your Counseling Service at any time and a refund will be issued for the unused portion of your prepaid period.

In regard to Email Counseling, it is expected that email will focus on one issue or problem only. If your problem has numerous focal points we will create an overview of how the interconnecting problems could be addressed. This might require multiple email inquires and responses. If you have arranged for a monthly or greater package, your inquires will be unlimited.
